1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777xh" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 777xh.net, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated game products.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with 777xh, accesses the Platform, or uses any service made available through 777xh.
• "Account" refers to the registered 777xh account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus credits held in a Player's 777xh PKR wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to a Player's 777xh account by 777xh that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 777xh prior to processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player protection features available within the 777xh account dashboard, including deposit limits, session alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777xh Platform, creating a 777xh account, or making any deposit through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 777xh.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777xh Platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 777xh account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active 777xh account. 777xh strictly enforces its minimum age policy and may request age verification documentation at any time.
2. You must be accessing 777xh from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777xh is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not already hold a registered 777xh account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777xh, whether voluntary or imposed by the Platform.
5. You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information during the 777xh registration process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

777xh reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. KYC documentation may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before withdrawal processing.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xh Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your 777xh Login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 777xh immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your 777xh account. 777xh will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

777xh employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all account activity and transactions. Two-factor authentication is available to all Players and is strongly recommended to be enabled via your account security settings following 777xh Login.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

777xh accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard instruments. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the payment providers' own terms and operational constraints.

The minimum deposit amount at 777xh is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits except where imposed by your payment provider or applicable anti-money laundering requirements. All 777xh accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits are credited to your 777xh Balance upon confirmation of receipt. 777xh does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited to your 777xh account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from unregistered or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

777xh does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of the 777xh KYC verification process. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of your registered payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. 777xh will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

777xh targets withdrawal processing within standard business timelines following KYC approval. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider and the volume of pending requests. 777xh reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where required by internal risk management procedures or applicable law.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777xh offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and cricket betting reload bonuses. All 777xh promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms displayed at the point of opt-in:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players who opt in during the specified promotional period.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The exact multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live dealer games, slots, cricket sportsbook, and other game categories may contribute at different rates toward meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your 777xh account and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be automatically removed from your 777xh account upon expiry.
• Multiple accounts, abuse of promotional terms, or collusion between players to exploit promotions will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

777xh reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players are advised to review current promotion terms in their 777xh account dashboard before opting into any offer.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 777xh Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, through real dealer streams subject to independent studio oversight. Game results are determined independently of any player action, account history, or balance level.

Sports betting markets on 777xh, including cricket, PSL, international test cricket, T20 competitions, and UFC markets, are offered at odds determined by 777xh's trading team. 777xh reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by data errors, technical failures, or events outside normal sporting parameters.

Players must not use automated betting software, betting bots, scripted processes, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over 777xh's gaming systems or other players. Any account found to be using such methods will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings will be held pending investigation.

9 Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777xh Platform. Engaging in any restricted activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one 777xh account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using the 777xh Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy involving multiple accounts.
• Using the 777xh Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777xh or any affiliated platform.
• Accessing the 777xh Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited under local law.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying any element of the 777xh Platform without express written authorization.

10 Responsible Gaming

777xh is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. It is not intended as a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or as a primary source of entertainment for individuals who may be susceptible to gambling-related harm.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered 777xh Players and can be activated at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 777xh account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your 777xh account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 777xh Platform, including but not limited to the 777xh name and logo, game graphics, interface design, written content, promotional material, and software architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xh or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777xh Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No element of the 777xh Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of 777xh.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 777xh Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting Platform access or game continuity.
• Unauthorized access to your 777xh account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game software, betting market data, or odds that are corrected through void or settlement adjustments in accordance with applicable game rules.
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Any regulatory change affecting the legality or availability of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777xh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777xh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered 777xh account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the 777xh Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 777xh Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777xh holds its operating authorizations. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 777xh Platform shall first be submitted to 777xh's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, Players should contact 777xh support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint, the transaction or event in question, and any supporting documentation. 777xh will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all required information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the appropriate independent dispute adjudication body as designated by 777xh's licensing authority. 777xh will cooperate fully with any such external review.
